Chocolate Chow Mein Noodle Candy

  • 6 oz Chocolate chips
  • 6 oz Butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups Chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup Cocktail peanuts

    • Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in large saucepan over low heat. Add noodles and nuts and stir until well coated.

    Drop onto wax paper by large spoonfulls. Cool, remove from wax paper. Store in Cookie tin.
