Cashew Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 12 oz bags Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • Preheat oven to 325°.

    Beat butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredientsgradually. Stir in chips and nuts.

    Dropby teaspoons onto cookie sheet Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until light brown.
