These Indonesian noodles are wonderful for cooking with left over meats, or little pieces of vegetables, still in the refrigerator at the end of the month.
Saute the bacon, add the oil and saute all the vegetables, add meat until just warmed through. Toss with the noodles and bring to taste with soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
