Chocolate Sugar Cookies
Preheat oven to 350 In large bowl, beatbutter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cocoa; stir into sugar mixture. Refrigerate until needed.
On lightly floured surface, rool out half of dough to 18 inch thickness. Cut out with cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheet and bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
Let cool on sheet 5 minutes. remove to rack to cool completely
