Cheesy Nacho Bake
Brown meat; drain. Add tomatoes, 1 cup water and seasoning mix. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 cup of the sour cream.
Place 1 ofthe chips in 13x9 inch baking dish; cover with 1 of the meat mixture and 1 of the cheese. Repeat layers Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.Top with remaining sour cream, chopped tomato and green onion, if desires.
Makes 6 servings.
