Oatmeal-Cranberry Drops
Have basic dough at room temperature Heat oven to 325° Put dough, molasses, cinnamon and ginger in a medium bowl. Stir to mix well.
Add cranberries, oats and nuts, stir until blendedDrop slightly rounded tablespoons dough 3" apart on ungreased cookie sheet Bake for 11 -13 minutes until bottoms are light golden. Cool on sheets or wire rack for 2 minutes. Remove from baking sheet to racks to cool completely.
Stir glaze ingredients (sugarand milk) in a medium bowl until smooth. Drizzle over cookies with a fork.
