Home-made Lemonade

  • 4 medium Lemons
  • 3/4 cups Sugar, granulated
  • 6 1/2 cups Water, cold
  • ~ Ice cubes
  • Squeeze juice of 3 lemons,reserving 1 for garnish.

    Add 3/4 c. of sugar stir to disolve .Slowly add the 6 1/2 c. of ice water,while continuing to stir for a fewminutes more.

    Slice the remaining lemonvery thinly and add to the liquid mixture with the ice cubes if desired.

    serveon a hot day
