Macadamia Nut And White Chocolate
Preheat oven at 300°.
Beat butter til creamy, gradually add sugars. Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, add vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and mix well. Add white chocolate and nuts. Stir until well combines.
Drop by teaspoonful on to cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until light brown on edges.
Can bake at 350° for 10 minutes and they come out real crisp.
