Dungeness Crab Appetizer

  • 1/2 pound Crab meat
  • 1 small Onions
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 14 ounces Artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley, minced
  • Chop artichoke hearts into 1 " pieces, drain well.

    Drain crab meat well.

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Place inan oven-safe shallow baking dish and heat in a 350 F oven for 6-8 minutes, or until internal temperature is 140 F.

    Garnish with fresh parsley.

    Serve with assorted breads .

    Note: when making this dishahead, do not cover with foil or the crab meat will turn an off color.
