Pasta, Pork Mutton Veal

Spaghetti Carbonara

  • 1/2 package Spaghetti (cooked)
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1/2 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 4 slices Bacon or Serrano ham
  • 2 Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan, fresh, grated
  • ~ Salt and pepper
  • In a very big frting pam, saute the bacon, or ham, in the butter, add onion andgarlic and continue sauteing, till onions syart to get glassy.

    Add pasta and sstir till pasta is hot, ?Stir the egg yolks, parmesan cheese and sour cream together and pour over the pasta stirring andturning constantly till the egg "sets".

    Be careful, not to let it get dry.

    Add salt and pepper and serve immediately.
