Beef Or Pork Tongue Hannah
Boil tongue in water, clery, leek, laurel leaf, salt carrot, onion, and peppercorns, until pierced skin can be removed.About 3 hours after the tongue is cool enough to handle. peel and cut into 1" cubes. Reserve and garlic in butter, tilllimp.
Add flour and cook for 2 minutes.Add broth and bring to a boil. reduce heat, add mushrooms, tomatoes, lemonn juice, salt and pepper.Add the tongue cubesanbd let heat through.
Add sour cream and take off heat.
