Falscher Hase (Meat Loaf)

  • 1 pounds Ground beef
  • 1 slice White bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Egg, hard-boiled shelled
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • In a big bowel soak the slice of bread in some water; when soft, squeeze out water. Placeall ingredients, except hard boiled eggs into bowel and work through with your hands.

    Flatten meat, place eggsin middle and press around eggs.

    Place in baking dish and bake in pre heated oven for about 45 minutes.

    Make gravy withpan juices and 1 tsp corn starch and some cold water.

    Preheat oven 350°
