Banana Nut Muffins

  • 1 3/4 cup Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg well beaten
  • 1 cup Banans smashed
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Nuts, chopped
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, bakingpowder and salt.

    In another bowl combine eggs, milk, oil, bananas and nuts, allat once add to dry ingredients and mix.Stir just until moistened.

    Pour into muffin cups or greased muffin pans 2/3 full.

    Bake for 20 - 25 minutes
