Chocolate Bliss Chunk

  • 1 3/4 cups Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Heat oven to 375°.

    Mix flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beatwell. Gradually beat in four mixture. Stir in chocolate chunks. Drop by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.

    Bake 14 to 15 minutes or just until golden brown,. Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
