Stuffed Green Peppers
Make tomato sauce. (See Tomato sauce) Wash peppers, cut stem end off and discard seeds and ribs.
Mix ground meat together with the rice, onion, garlic, egg andsalt and pepper.
Stuff 1 /4 part of themix into each pepper. Place in tomato sauce and simmer on medium-high heat for about 40 minutes, spooning some of the tomato sauce over the meat, once in a while.
