Shoyu Chicken

  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 1 cube Fresh ginger
  • 1 shot Sake
  • 5 pounds Chicken pieces
  • THINLY SLICE GINGERROOT CUBE.

    COMBINE ALL INGREDIETS, MARINATE CHICKEN IN PLASTIC STORAGE OR FREEZER BAG OVERNIGHT (UP TO 2 DAYS).

    GRILL OVER MEDIUM COALS UNTIL DONE.
