Ham Roll-ups

  • 16 slices Ham, 1/4-inch thick deli
  • 16 slices Processed Swiss Cheese
  • 32 Broccoli Spears, frozen
  • 2 cups Pineapple juice
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons Flour, all-purpose
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Onions, minced
  • 4 Egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • PARTIALLY COOK BROCCOLI SPEARS AND DRAIN.

    TO MAKE SAUCE: MELT BUTTER IN SAUCEPAN, ADD FLOUR AND STIR TIL SMOOTH. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIRRING CONSTANTLY TIL THICKENED.

    PLACE ONE SLICE CHEESE AND TWO BROCCOLI SPEARS ON EACH SLICE OF HAM. TOP WITH1 TABLESPOON SAUCE. ROLL UP HAM AND SECURE WITH TOOTHPICKS. PLACE SEAM SIDE DOWN IN 9x13-INCH BAKING DISH.

    COVER PAN WITH FOIL AND BAKE 30 MINUTES AT 350° . SERVE WITH REMAINING SAUCE, HEATED, ON THESIDE.
