Lois' Party Chicken Deluxe
SPLIT BREASTS IN HALF. WRAP BACON SLICES AROUND EACH CHICKEN PIECE. ARRANGE IN LARGE SHALLOW CASSEROLE AND SPRINKLE WITH DRIED BEEF. COMBINE SOUP AND SOUR CREAM AND POUR OVER CHICKEN. BAKE IN VERY SLOW OVEN (200°) FOR 4 HOURS. SPRINKLE GENEROUSLY WITH SAUTEED MUSHROOMS AND PARSLEY. SERVE WITH RICE. SERVES 6-8.AN SUBSTITUTE ABOUT 8 CHICKEN THIGHS FOR THE 4 BREASTS, IF DESIRED.
