CRUSH CRACKERS, AND COMBINE WITH MELTEDBUTTER AND SUGAR. PRESS INTO 13x9-inch PAN. RESERVE SOME CRUMBS FOR TOP, IF DESIRED.
BLEND, BY HAND, THAWED JUICE AND MILK. FOLD IN ORANGES AND COOL WHIP. POUROVER CRUST. SPRINKLE WITH RESERVED CRUMBS. REFRIGERATE. CUT INTO SQUARES TO SERVE.
