Mexican - Spanish, Seasonings

Fajita Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil, virgin
  • 4 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons Soy sauce, light
  • 2 heavy dashes Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • In a large sealable bag or glass bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Add meat and place in refrigerator over night or at least 2 hours. Turn meat freguently.
