Beef Quickie

  • 1 Baked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1/2 pound Ground beef
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Chives
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • 1 small can Mushrooms
  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º.

    BROWN MEAT AND DRAIN.

    MIX EGGS, SOUP AND SEASONINGS, ADD MEAT, MUSHROOMS AND CHEESE.

    POUR INTO PIE SHELL AND BAKE 1 HOUR. KNIFE INSERTED NEAR CENTER SHOULD COME OUT CLEAN.
