Cranberry Banana Bread
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350º.
CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR, ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME, BEATING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION.
SIFT TOGETHER THE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, SALT AND SODA. ADD NUTS.
ADD DRY INGREDIENTS ALTERNATELY WITH MASHED BANANA TO CREAMED MIXTURE,MIXING JUST UNTIL FLOUR IS MOISTENED.
FOLD IN CRANBERRIES.
POUR INTO A GREASED 9x5x3-inch LOAF PAN. BAKE 60-65 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
