Fred's Roast

  • 1 large Chuck roast
  • 1 packages Golden onion soup mix (dry)
  • 1 cans Cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cupss Beef bouillon
  • 1 cans Beer
  • ~ Carrots
  • ~ Potatos
  • Mix all ingrdients except carrots and potatos. Simmer on stove top for 4 to 5 hours. At the beginning of the last hour,add the carrots and potatos. Season to your own taste with SandP, garlic, rosemary, thyme, ect. 1 to 1 cup dry red wineis good, too.
