Decorator Icing-Wilton

  • 1 Egg White
  • 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Water
  • Beat egg white till frothy. Gradually add powdered sugar, thin with water till desired consistency. Add color one drop at a time. Store covered at all times. Icing will dry quickly.
