Tropical Parfaits

  • 2 ripe Papayas, peeled, seeded & diced
  • 3 cans Mandarin oranges, drained
  • ~ Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons Orange peel
  • 1 teaspoons Ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cups Coconut flakes
  • 6 cups Whipped topping
  • Combine all ingredients and gently mix.Spoon into parfait glasses or other clear glasses and chill until ready to serve.
