Baked Beans

  • 2 1/2 ounces Salt pork, cubed
  • 1 1/2 pound can Pork and beans in tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cups Catsup
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dry mustard
  • Brown salt pork (or bacon) combine all ingredients and top with pork. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.

    (For double recipe bake for 1 hour)
