Paula's Stir Fry

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 4 cups Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups Zucchinis
  • 2 cups Onions
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 Bell peppers
  • 4 cups Broccoli
  • 1 cans Stewed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Begin with oil. Add chicken (cut up fajita style). Season and cook.

    Removed from skillet.

    Stir fry all veggies adding tomatoes and broccoli last. Simmer for 5 minutes.
