Fudge Walnut Brownie Pie

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cups Flour, all-purpose
  • 1/3 cups Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cups Hershey's semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cups Walnuts, chopped
  • Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 9 inch pie plate.

    Beat eggs in large bowl, stir in sugar, butter and vanilla.

    Stir together flour, cocoa and salt; stir into butter mixture.

    Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour into prepared pie plate.

    Bake 30 minutes or until set.

    Cool, serve warm or at room temperature.

    Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.

    Serves: 6-8
