Yummy Chicken Nuggets
Chop chicken breasts into nugget sized pieces. Put all dry ingredients in a ziploc and close. Crush cornflakes into crumbs. Shake to mix ingredients. Using a pastry brush, coat nuggets with Miracle Whip. Add to ziploc bag and coat one at atime. Place on baking sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 350°.
Optional sauce (1-2 pts).
2 TBSP honey, 1/4 cup honey dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp dry mustard, 1/2 tsp garlic salt.
