Pizza Muffins

  • 1 Enflish muffin
  • 1 Cheese, slice, low fat
  • 1 small cans Tomato sauce
  • ~ Mushrooms

    • Heat frozen muffin (2) in the microwavefor 20 sec to thaw. Cut in half and putin the toaster. When toasted, spoon tomato sauce on top (0) and add mushrooms or any other topping you choose. Tear thepiece of cheese in half (1) and place on top of sauce and topping ont he muffin. Place back in microwave for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
