Oatmeal Cookies
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray cookie sheets with vegetable cooking spray. In a large mixer bowl, combine oats, oat bran, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and sugar. In a cup, combine peanut butter, milk and vanilla. Stir into dry mixture; thoroughly combine. Add apples and dates. Batter will be stiff. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 15 to 17 minutes. Makes 48 cookies.
