Blueberry Cobbler

  • 2 Cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar, granulated
  • 3 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 8 X 8 panwith non stick cooking spray. Spread berries evenly in bottom of pan. Mix sugar, butter, baking powder, flour and salt together. Add milk and mix. Drop by spoonful on to buleberries and smooth around.

    Mix 1 cup sugar and 1T. cornstarch andsprinkle over top. Pour 2/3 cup BOILINGwater over top.

    Bake 35-45 minutes.

    Use1 Quart or 4 cups berries and double the recipe for a 13 X 9 pan.
