English Toffee
Cook all ingredients in a HEAVY Gauge saucepan till HARD CRACK 280°. Pour into well greased jelly roll pan or large cookie sheet. Top with chocolate chips. Spread chocolate after it melts. Top with walnuts. Crack when cool. Store in air tight container.
