Beer Batter Fish
Heat oil 1-1" in heavy saucepan or deepfat fryer to 350°.
Lightly coat fish with 3-4 T. baking mix. Mix 1 cup Bisquick, egg, salt and beer til smooth.
Dip fish into batter, letting excess drip into bowl.
Fry fish until golden brown, about2 minutes on each side; drain.
Makes 3-4 servings.
