Bogna Cogda

  • 1 Pound Butter,unsalted
  • 3 Cans Anchovies
  • 3 Heads Garlic, fresh mashed
  • 1 Quart Whipping Cream
  • Cook butter with garlic till slightly brown. Add anchovies, add cream.Bring to SLOW boil for 1 hour. STIR! STIR! STIR! Serve with cabbage, corrot sticks, bread, celery, mushrooms and lettuce for dipping.
