Bogna Cogda
Cook butter with garlic till slightly brown. Add anchovies, add cream.Bring to SLOW boil for 1 hour. STIR! STIR! STIR! Serve with cabbage, corrot sticks, bread, celery, mushrooms and lettuce for dipping.
