Cream Puffs
Melt shortening in boiling water.
Add flour and salt, mix until batter comes away form side of pan. Beat the eggs in one at a time.
Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
1/2 tsp. makes small cream puffs.
Fill with favorite pudding and sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
