Porcupine Meatballs

  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Chuck
  • 1/2 cups Rice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoons Onions, minced
  • 1 cans Tomato Soup
  • 1 soup cans Water
  • 1/4 cups Ketchup
  • Using hands, mix together beef, rice, salt, pepper and onion in large bowl. Shape into 2" balls.

    Mix tomato soup, waterand ketchup in medium sauce pan. Bring to simmering over medium heat.

    Add meatballs; adjust heat so mixture bubbles very gently. Cover and simmer 1 hour, untilcooked through.
