Chicken And Rice Casserole

  • 3-4 Chicken breasts, boneless
  • 2 cans Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packages Rice, yellow w/saffron
  • 1 packages Cheddar cheese, sharp
  • 1 cans Green beans, French cut
  • Remove excess fat from cooked chicken and add to cooked rice in a casserole dish.

    Add cream of chicken soup and French-style green beans (if desired).

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread evenlyin casserole dish.

    Cook at 350° in ovenuntil ingredients are hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded sharp cheddar cheese ents of casserole are completely covered.

    Bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
