Fruit Kabobs

  • 1 pound Cheese (Cheddar and/or Mozzarella)
  • ~ Grapes, red
  • ~ Grapes, green
  • ~ Cherries
  • ~ Pineapple chunks
  • ~ Watermelons
  • ~ Oranges
  • Cut half the cheese into cubes approximately 1/2" square. Cut remaining cheese into triangles. Prepare a selection of fruit 8-10 pieces of fruit per kebab. To assemble the kebabs, thread pieces of cheese and fruit alternately onto skewers.

    ** Fun serving tip: cut a slice from anorange to form a flat surface. Place orange cut side down and push in skewers.
