Meatball Casserole

  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground beef
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 1 teaspoons Onions, minced
  • 1 small cans Evaporated milk
  • 1 large cans Chicken Rice Soup
  • 1 large cans Cream of mushroom soup
  • ~ Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mix all ingredients, except soup, in large mixing bowl. Roll white bread until crumbly. Roll into meatballs 1" round. Place meatballs in 13x9 baking dish. Pourboth of the soups over meatballs, spread well with spatula. Bake 350° for 1-1/2hours. Serve over rice.

    Excellent meal for tight budget and large families.
