Tomato Meatloaf

  • 1 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cups Ketchup
  • 1 cup Oats, quick-cooking
  • 1 Bread crumbs
  • 4 Saltine crackers crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 2 pounds Lean ground beef
  • 1 medium Tomatos, fresh, chopped
  • mix together shape into loaf bake 350* 1 hour top with tomato slices
