Coconut Smoothie

  • 6 oz. Full fat coconut milk
  • 3 Frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Whole milk yogurt
  • 1 scoop Whey protein powder or Brewer's yeast
  • 2 Ice cubes
  • Place in your blender and run for 30 seconds.
