Cookies

Blondies

  • 2 cups Flour, all purpose
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/4 sticks Butter, unsalted & softened
  • 2 cups Brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips, semisweet
  • 1 cup Peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pecans, chopped
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl,sift together flour, baking powder, andsalt. In another bowl, cream butter andbrown sugar together until light and creamy. Mix in eggs, one at a time, then vanilla. Add flour mixture and blend well. Stir in chips, and nuts. Pour into floured baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes until golden. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

    Makes 2 dozen 2-inch square Blondies.
