Cookies

Crab Cookies

  • 3/4 cubes Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups Flour, all purpose
  • 1 teaspoons Backfin crabmeat
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Mix ingredients, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Roll and cut cookies, bake at 400 degrees for 6 - 8 minutes.
