Blueberry Pancakes
Beat egg in a bowl. Add buttermilk, oil, flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Stir in blueberries. Pour batter by spoonfuls onto a hot greased griddle. Cook until golden brown, turning once.
Makes 10 pancakes.
