Linguini With Clam Sauce
Prepare Linguini aldante. In a medium sauce pan heat olive oil add minced garlic, cook to golden brown. Add hot water and the clams. Bring to a simmer and add the oregano, pepper, salt and parcley. Drain Linguini, add sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
