Linguini With Clam Sauce

  • 1 pound Linguini
  • 1/4 cups Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 2 cans Minced clams with juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Parsley
  • Prepare Linguini aldante. In a medium sauce pan heat olive oil add minced garlic, cook to golden brown. Add hot water and the clams. Bring to a simmer and add the oregano, pepper, salt and parcley. Drain Linguini, add sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
