Grand Marnier Frosting

  • 1/2 cups Butter, softened
  • 3, 1 ounces squares Unsweetened baker's chocolate
  • 1/4 cups Grand Marnier*
  • 1/4 cups Whipping cream
  • 1/8 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add chocolate,Grand Marnier, and whipping cream, beatwell. Gradually add sugar, beating at high speed for 5 minutes or until spreading consistency.

    *Note: Grand Marnier is an orange flavored liquer. Other orange flavored liquers or orange juice concentrate will work as well.
