Peanut Butter Cookies

  • 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cups Butter, softened
  • 1 cups Peanut butter
  • 1 cups Sugar, granulated
  • 1 cups Light brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cups Nuts, chopped
  • Preheat oven to 375°.

    Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients slowly, mixing thoroughtly. If adding nuts, add and mix thoroughly Roll into walnut size balls and flatten with a fork dipped in flour.

    Bake for 7-10 minutes depending on oven.
