Coated Pecans

  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups Pecan halves
  • Preheat oven to 275°. Whip egg white, slowly add brown sugar, flour, salt and vanilla. Then fold in pecans halves. Lay each coated pecan on a greased cookie sheet and bake for about 40 minutes.
