Pressed-for-time Pimento Cheese

  • 2 to 3 Garlic cloves, pressed or minced
  • 2 ounces Pimento, diced, with liquid
  • 3 cups Tillamook sharp cheese, grated
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • Place garlic in a bowl. Add the pimentowith its liquid and cheese. Toss together and stir in the mayonnaise. Serve with crackers, toasted basuette or crudites.

    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
